Mint Leaf Dubai
Bluehaus Engineering was commissioned to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design consultancy in support of Mint Leaf’s lead Architectural consultant, LW Design and the local client, Mint Leaf of London. Conceived in London and opening its first Middle East restaurant in 2013, Mint Leaf is an ‘innovative Indian cuisine’ restaurant. Bluehaus Engineering’s role included comprehensive MEP design, inclusive of kitchen consulting, and on-site design coordination.
Aujan Industries head-quarters, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Bluehaus Group were appointed for the design of Aujan’s new United Arab Emirates head-quarters in Business Bay. Aujan is a family run business with over 100 years of history across the Middle East and required Bluehaus Group to develop a design striking a balance between a celebration of its history whilst communicating the progressive and forward-thinking nature of the business. Timeless materials and Islamic motifs combine with contemporary detailing to create an elegant and inviting environment.
Private Home, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Bluehaus Group were approached by the head of a prominent Emirati family to design a landmark residence in Dubai. The villa was designed to be a working date farm with a family residence consistent with five-star hospitality experience.
The Space
Bluehaus Group were appointed for Architectural design and Engineering of The Space Cafeteria and Lounge in Abu Dhabi. The project intent was to encapsulate a creative space and lounge for people and professionals to spend time, innovate, meet and enjoy.
The Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City
Al Futtaim DFC Hotels required a solutions-driven approach to provide footfall and brand exposure to The Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai Festival City. Bluehaus Group created the concept and feasible solution and was further awarded lead-consultant to deliver the total Architectural, Engineering and Interior Design and post-contract coordination.

Private Villa Interiors, Dubai Hills
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were appointed by a private client for the Interior Design, MEP Engineering and Post-Contract services of a Villa in Dubai Hills Dubai. The client brief required a careful balance using contemporary materials, with classic detailing.
Dar Al Barsha Residential Building
Bluehaus Group and Bluehaus Engineering were appointed by Al Futtaim Group Real-Estate for the design of the Dar Al Barsha Towers in Dubai. Comprising both a commercial and residential tower, Dar Al Barsha follows a modern minimalistic yet cost-efficient Architectural language. Bluehaus Group utilised the maximum plot size with a view to maximizing the car parking area, and the number of apartments. The façade design is stretched horizontally in order to reduce the mass of the building and utilises sliding shade panels to reduce heat gain and reduce air conditioning and operational costs.
Zen Garden
Bluehaus Group was commissioned to revitalise void areas above the terminal floors of Dubai Airport into a passenger amenity area to complement the existing and extensive retail experience. The installation draws its inspiration from Arabic fountain courtyards as places of recuperation for weary travellers. The concept direction centred on a vertical hanging garden and cascading water features with places to rest, relax and recuperate for passengers in the terminal. The Millennium Hotel, Jeddah
Bluehaus Group were appointed by Nikken Space Design, a subsidiary of Nikken Sekkei, to partner on the delivery of The Millennium Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Bluehaus Group’s role on the project was for the development of detail design and localised specification documentation.
