Maison Albar, Nimes
The former Hotel Imperator has been purchased by Maison Albar and redesigned by Atelier Cos, a interior design architect already in charge of the Céline hotel. The luxury hotel opening is set to happen in June and it’s already receiving reservations.

Casa Cook Chania, Crete
It’s in the most evocative city, that the Casa Cook story continues – this time, with a bespoke family-friendly luxury hotel, designed with the postmodern family in mind. Throughout the boutique property, a series of soulful spaces and sanctuaries merge minimalist mid-century modernism with sustainable design in one seamless union.
Grantley Hall, Grantley
Set to open in June, located next to Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this country estate building built in 1680 is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped park. A perfect haven uniquely combining vibrancy and serenity, fun and relaxation, sophistication and country charm, it’s the ideal setting to create unforgettable moments.
One&Only Portonovi, Montenegro
At the edge of the Adriatic Sea, on the western coast of the Balkans, is Montenegro, or Black Mountain – a land of tiny magical islands, ancient olive groves and serene Riviera’s. With approximately 140 rooms and villas, residences and marina this new One&Only Resort in Montenegro will be One&Only’s first resort in Europe, being on the top of new luxury hotel openings.
Raffles Singapore
Opened in 1887, Raffles Singapore is one of the few remaining great 19th century hotels in the world, set to reopen in August. No visit to Singapore is complete without a stay at Raffles; tradition demands it. Long Bar returns to its original location, newly restored and serving the Singapore Sling experience once again.

Hoxton Downtown, La, USA
The Los Angeles Railway building has housed all manner of establishments since it opened in 1920. Now, it will give place to Hoxton Downtown, all designed by Ennismore Design Studio, that took inspiration from the building’s beaux arts architecture and downtown Los Angeles’ Latino urbanism movements. Wall paneling, chevron flooring and burl timber reveal an additional French influence. Other features will include copper and brass details, marble surfaces, zellige-tiled bathrooms and House of Hackney printed textiles, making a luxurious interior design. Spread across all ten floors of the building, the hotel’s rooms will come in four types: Snug, Cosy, Roomy and Biggy.
Masseria Torre Maizza, Puglia
Masseria Torre Maizza is opening already in May. Surrounded by ancient olive groves, the renovated 16th century masseria will be filled with thoughtful design accents and details to create a unique sense of place, from the stunning Olga Polizzi-designed rooms and suites to the romantic sunset rooftop bar and elegant restaurant overlooking the swimming pool.
